Terms and Conditions

1. Statements of accounts will be sent monthly, unless otherwise requested. Invoices sent with the statements must be settled within the agreed days of issue, therefore 14 days, or prior agreed deferral of 12 months.

2. Should you decide to terminate this agreement, you undertake to pay all outstanding costs up to the date of your instructions to terminate (as itemised below).

3. Any invoice that remains unpaid for more than the agreed days will be treated as a debt and interest will charged at a rate of 4% per annum above the base lending rate of National Westminster Bank.

4. You are instructing us to act on your behalf to provide introductions to and our opinion of property available to buy and rent. We undertake to conduct ourselves in a professional manner and to provide you with a high quality standard of care and advice. However, our advice only reflects our opinion and the final decision about a property is yours alone. Before your clients commit themselves to buying any property they must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, its value, structure, condition, location and any title issues. Due to the nature of your instructions to us, we shall introduce you to third parties. We do not give any warranties regarding those third party services or opinions.

5. Our charges cover time taken to visit the client, prepare a report, search for and visit suitable properties, plus any follow up work at the following rate options.

6. Deferred 12 Months are deferred 12 Months payment by prior agreement 

£110.00 per hour, travelling rate £85.00 per hour.

If payment is made within 14 day days our charging rates are £100.00 per hour, travelling rate £75.00 per hour.

In all cases disbursements including out of pocket expenses and mileage at 60p per mile are payable.
