Solutions Property Finder Services Limited was created in March 2007 to provide a complete property search service for members of the Legal Profession, Experts, Deputies and Clients in connection with Personal Injury claims arising mainly but not exclusively from road traffic accidents or medical negligence claims. We prepare property search reports for clients of all ages and where appropriate their families.

The initial work consists of searching on the Internet for suitable properties. In many cases we meet the Client and their family. We also discuss the clients needs with the professionals involved and then visit and assess suitable properties. We report back to the Client’s Solicitor, Experts or Deputy and prepare our report. We undertake searches for purchases and rentals. We also advise as to purchase prices in the event of a property already been identified. 

In addition if instructed we negotiate the purchase price and rental figures.

We undertake market evaluations of existing and potential properties.  

We act for both Claimant and Defendant Clients.
